Welcome to the website of the District of Forth Valley.

A welcome from the District Grand Prior the Right Eminent Frater Thomas Cowan Anderson PP

Following my recent Installation as District Grand Prior it is my great pleasure on behalf of the Officers and Fratres of The District Grand Priory of the Forth Valley to extend a warm welcome to both the District and the site.

Our five preceptories range geographically from Bathgate (Torphichen) in the South East, to Bo ness (Douglas) & Grangemouth (Falkirk) along the south side of the River Forth to Bridge of Allan (Greyfriars) on the north side of the River Forth opposite Stirling and then heading off to Alva (St. Mungo's) nestling in the foothills of the Ochils,

My hope is that you will find our web site to be both interesting and informative. If the site encourages you to visit our District then we are doubly rewarded. Travelling Knights will of course be made most welcome at our Regular Musters.

The initial purpose of the site is of course to provide information on who's who, what's on, where, and when. We will update site as often and as quickly as possible as information becomes available.

I am greatly encouraged by the support already received, and greatly impressed with the teamwork of the district officers, commissioned and elected, and the members of the daughter preceptories and I look forward with great pleasure to working with and for them during the tenure of my office.
